Contact and Scheduling
 

For scheduling inquiries, please email Tony (tony@lewisedr.com) with the date(s) for which availability is requested, case name, and the names of the parties and their respective counsel. If you have not received a response within one business day, please call Tony directly at (818) 338-6933. By default, scheduling requests are considered to be for remote (e.g., Zoom) mediations. If the parties wish to have an in-person mediation session, please include in your email inquiry either that the parties intend to supply an agreed upon location (please specify the location) or the general location (e.g. downtown Los Angeles, East Bay, etc.) that the parties request the mediator to arrange.

Physical deliveries other than routine mail: Please request instructions, as they will vary depending on Tony's location at the time of delivery.

In almost all instances, briefs and exhibits should be delivered electronically by email to tony@lewisedr.com or, upon request, instructions will be provided for upload to a secure Drop Box folder.
